A CDP is required for a luxury retirement village near Nuneaton with a pay review in April 2026. There is a huge difference between a retirement village and a care home. Here you will be providing fresh food to the residents in their own onsite restaurant as well as an onsite spa. This is an amazing opportunity to work with fresh, seasonal food as well as work life balance.

• Salary £25,000 - £28,000 - pay review in April 2026
• Finish no later than 7pm
• At least 1 weekend off per week
• 40 hours per week
• Paid overtime
