About the Role
Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Chef de Partie will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation. This position involves working across Mackenzies Restaurant, special events, weddings, conferences, and more.
About You
Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar role within a high-quality kitchen environment.
Strong knowledge of fresh produce, seasonal cooking, and modern culinary techniques.
Ability to manage your section efficiently while maintaining exceptional standards.
A team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for food.
Understanding and adherence to HACCP and Food Safety standards.
Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
