The Role:
Your primary responsibility will be to represent Arctic Spas, serving as a personable face of our West Edmonton store. You may be required to travel to our South Edmonton location as well to cover for days off on occasion. Your day-to-day tasks include:
Understanding customer needs, providing recommendations, and helping them make informed decisions on parts and chemicals for their spa.
Actively participating in training sessions to acquire knowledge about chemicals, spa parts, products, and the sales system used by the store.
Participating in sales events organized by the store to promote products and attract potential customers.
Becoming proficient in using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, which helps in managing customer data, interactions, and sales leads.
Working closely with senior sales staff to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products, values, and business operations.
Contributing to the overall smooth operation of the store, which can include tasks such as restocking shelves, maintaining displays, and helping with administrative/maintenance duties.
