Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting etc.
• Responsible for day-to-day accounts operations and reporting.
• Prepare full set of accounts and ensure timely closing.
• Prepare project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
• Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries.
• Prepare cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in
• Analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.
• Prepare Capital Expenditure report
• Prepare Departmental Budget and present Budget vs Actual report.
• Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives.
• Statutory compliance in line with local Taxation Laws
• Dealing with Internal and External Auditors.
• Conversant with Export / Import formalities / documentations and benefits.
• Indian Banking as well as overseas finance & Banking knowledge of IRFS

• Requirements:
• CA qualified
• Min 5-6 years relevant experience in financial & management accounting preferably in a manufacturing set up
• Relevant experience in audit and costing is advantageous.
• Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact with all levels.
• Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel and use of SAP Business 1 preferred
• Able to work independently and highly meticulous.
• Mumbai resident preferred
• Age not exceeding 45 years
