Job Description
Chief Accountant
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and other regulatory filings.
• Handling & maintaining day to day accounting up to finalization of balance sheets.
• Ensure timely Closure of books of accounts.
• Liaising with the Statutory Auditors, Tax Auditors and Internal Auditors and ensure that the audits are completed as per the scheduled timelines.
• Reporting the periodical Debtors and Creditors Ageing Report.
• Review all month-end closing activities including general ledger accounts, balance sheet accounts, and overhead cost allocation.
• Cash Flow Management
• Ledger Scrutiny
• Handling Assessments
• Handling Team
