Senior Operations Leader
We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished Senior Operations Leader to head our Data & Integration Operations team. This role demands a strong combination of leadership, execution, and collaboration skills, preferably with experience in fintech or financial services.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations and serve as the primary point of contact for the Data & Integration Operations team.
• Lead and mentor our cross-functional team across data analytics, support, and operations.
• Drive hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of local talent.
• Establish a strong, values-aligned culture rooted in trust, autonomy, and excellence.
• Collaborate closely with leadership across product, engineering, and finance to ensure strategic alignment.
• Oversee performance and reporting for the local data analytics team, ensuring insights inform business decisions.
• Contribute to site-level planning, operational processes, and delivery tracking.
Requirements
• At least 10 years of people and team management experience.
• Prior experience leading a team of 25+ people.
• Strong background in financial services, fintech, or related operational roles.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-growth environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.
• Must be based full-time in Coimbatore, with occasional travel to other locations.
