Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
• Define and execute the dealership’s long-term vision, growth strategy, and profitability roadmap.
• Drive market expansion, new showroom launches, and territory development
• To handle 3 dealerships branches for 3 premium brand cars in Delhi region.
OEM & Brand Management
• Act as the primary interface with the OEM officials
• Ensure strict compliance with brand guidelines, audits, CI standards, and dealer agreements
• Achieve OEM targets related to sales volume, CSI, SSI, and brand representation
Sales & Revenue Management
• Lead new car, pre-owned cars, finance, insurance, accessories, and extended warranty businesses
• Drive HNI / UHNI customer acquisition, corporate sales, and institutional tie-ups
• Optimize pricing, margins, and incentive structures while protecting brand positioning
Customer Experience & Relationship Management
• Deliver world-class luxury customer experience across sales and after-sales touchpoints
• Oversee CRM, customer retention, loyalty programs, and repeat business
• Personally manage key HNI relationships, escalations, and VIP customers
After-Sales & Service Excellence
• Ensure service operations profitability, workshop efficiency, and high first-time-fix rates
• Monitor service quality, TAT and customer satisfaction metrics
• Drive revenue from service, parts, body shop, and AMC packages
Financial Management & Profitability
• Own P&L responsibility, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Control costs, improve EBITDA margins, and ensure working capital discipline
• Manage dealer investments, ROI, and capex for showrooms, workshops, and digital upgrades
People Leadership & Talent Development
• Build, mentor, and retain high-performing leadership teams
• Oversee manpower planning, training, incentive structures, and succession planning
• Foster a performance-driven, ethical, and customer-centric culture
Compliance, Governance & Risk Management
• Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, taxation, and regulatory requirements
• Manage risks related to inventory, credit, OEM compliance, and brand reputation
• Maintain strong governance, audit controls, and internal processes
Marketing, Digital & Brand Visibility
• Oversee luxury marketing initiatives, digital lead generation, and brand activations
• Approve campaigns, events, test-drive experiences, and lifestyle collaborations
• Strengthen dealership’s digital presence and online sales funne
Stakeholder & Investor Relations
• Manage relationships with promoters, board members, financiers, and lenders
• Represent the dealership at OEM forums, industry events, and premium brand platforms
Qualifications
• BE( Mechanical /Electrical) OR Graduate with MBA
• 15+ years' experience in Sales/Marketing/Operations in Automobile field or related field.
• Preferance will be given to candidates who handled Premium /luxury brand cars and worked at CEO levels
• Qualified and experienced professionals who can take up ownership and accountable for P & L.
Job Location : Delhi
CTC Range : INR 80.00 LPA to 100.00 LPA (subject to current CTC)
