Key Responsibilities:
1️⃣Business Growth & P&L Management
• Own the P&L, ensuring revenue growth and profitability across locations.
• Develop and execute a scalable business model with a focus on franchise and
corporate-owned expansion.
• Identify new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams (B2C, B2B, schools,
corporates, events).
2⃣Strategic Expansion & Market Leadership
• Expand into new cities and international markets.
• Identify opportunities for brand collaborations, sponsorships, and event hosting.
• Ensure compliance with local and international safety, health, and entertainment
regulations.
3️⃣Customer Experience & Innovation
• Enhance customer engagement and loyalty through digital innovation (apps,
memberships, gamification).
• Introduce new adventure experiences to differentiate from competitors.
• Drive community-building initiatives like fitness programs, esports events, and
corporate team-building packages.4️⃣Operational Excellence & Safety
• Ensure top-tier safety standards, staff training, and operational efficiency.
• Leverage technology & data analytics to optimize business performance and
customer experience.
• Implement sustainability and eco-friendly practices in operations.
5️⃣Leadership & Culture Building
• Build and inspire a high-performing leadership team across marketing,
operations, and customer service.
• Foster an energetic, innovative, and customer-first culture.
• Represent at industry events, media interactions, and investor
meetings.Key Qualifications & Skills:
1️5️+ years in leadership roles in hospitality, leisure, retail, or entertainment sectors.
Strong experience in scaling businesses, franchise management, and strategic
partnerships.
Expertise in customer engagement, experiential marketing, and brand growth.
P&L leadership with a track record of revenue acceleration.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and operational efficiency in
entertainment spaces.
Dynamic leadership with a passion for sports, adventure, and family entertainment.
