The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will provide leadership and direction to the Finance and Accounting function. This includes:
Strategic Financial Planning & Support
• Participate in long-term business planning for the organisation and provide financial analysis for the same.
• Develop a strong Financial strategy for the organisation to maximise profitable returns and increase shareholder value.
• Tax planning.
• Develop strong financial matrices in line with industry for a strong decision support system.
Business Enablement
• Act as Financial Counsel to SBU Heads and guide them on risk management.
• Provide value-added financial insight and information to all CXOs to enable better management.
• Closely monitor implementation of strategic business plans for any impact on financial results.
Financial Management
• Institute cash flow management and priority policy at all SBU and corporate levels.
• Ensure the financial health of the company through appropriate financial planning and management.
• Lead the company's budget preparation process and monitor its implementation and utilisation.
Stakeholder Management
• Strategically manage key stakeholder/investor relationships where required.
Team Management
• Build a competent team with relevant knowledge and skills.
• Performance management of the team and ensure productivity and performance targets are met.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
• Over 15 years of overall experience in the Accounting & Finance department with leadership experience of at least 5 years.
• Open to Pune as a location.
• Candidate should come with experience dealing with Property and Real Estate Development industry.
