You will act as a trusted adviser to the Director-General, Deputy Directors-General and senior executives, providing evidence based insights, authoritative strategic advice, and delivering connected, practical HR services.

This role requires confident executive leadership, strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to guide change across a complex public sector environment. The role also represents DLGWV in high level forums, including with unions and central agencies.
