The Company is on the lookout for an experienced Chief Human Resources Officer to play a pivotal role in shaping our HR function. In this key position, you will develop and implement comprehensive HR structures, policies, and processes that align with our business goals. You will lead the full-cycle recruitment process, craft innovative hiring strategies to facilitate rapid team growth, and oversee the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring effective performance management, engagement, and retention.
Partnering closely with our leadership team, you will contribute to organizational development and team structuring while establishing HR best practices tailored for a fast-growing workplace.
We invite applicants for the Chief Human Resources Officer position who possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, with a solid track record in developing and enhancing HR structures and processes. A robust background in recruitment and talent acquisition is essential, and prior experience within the iGaming industry will be highly advantageous. Fluency in both Thai and English is required, as well as the capacity to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. We are seeking individuals with outstanding communication, leadership, and coordination skills who are ready to contribute immediately.
