Job Description
- Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across FMCG, Pharma, Manufacturing, and Business Development sectors.
- Utilize HR software (specifically SAP) to streamline hiring processes and maintain candidate databases.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to ensure a strong cultural fit.
- Organizational Culture Development:
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define and promote a positive company culture aligned with organizational values.
- Design and implement feedback systems for employees to enhance engagement and performance.
- Foster an inclusive work environment that supports diversity and employee well-being.
- Employee Onboarding and Development:
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Create programs for continuous employee development, performance management, and career progression.
- Metrics and Reporting:
- Monitor recruitment metrics and employee satisfaction surveys to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare reports on HR initiatives and outcomes for executive review.
- Travel Requirements:
- Willingness to travel to different plants and offices as needed to support HR initiatives.
