Job Overview
As the Senior Sales HR Business Partner for Piramal Consumer Products, you will be a pivotal leader within the HR team, responsible for driving human resources strategies and initiatives tailored to support the sales function across General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT) , Sales development and Sales training. This role, reporting to the Head of HR for Consumer Business, requires a strategic approach to align HR practices with the sales objectives of Piramal Consumer Products. Additionally, you will lead a team of 3 to 4 Zonal HR Managers, ensuring cohesive and effective HR support across various regions.

Will report to – Head HR
Team size – 3 to 4
Experience
5 to 10 years of overall experience , with a focus on supporting sales functions within the FMCG or consumer goods industry
Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading and developing high-performing HR teams
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with sales leaders and stakeholders
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable HR initiatives.
Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity effectively.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) and familiarity with SAP or other HRIS platforms is a plus.
