Into (Oriah Beauty) is looking for a Marketing & Growth Partner to lead and scale our brand across digital, social, and offline channels. This is a high-impact, equity-based opportunity for someone who wants to build a brand, take ownership, and drive real growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media & Digital Presence
Plan and develop an engaging content strategy for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Leverage trends, insights, and analytics to optimize content for reach and engagement.
Overlook community interactions, collaborations, and brand storytelling.
2. Performance Marketing & Meta Ads
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and other platforms.
Track performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR) and continuously optimize campaigns for efficiency.
A/B test creatives, copy, and audience targeting to maximize conversions.
3. Influencer & Partnership Marketing
Identify, onboard, and manage influencer collaborations that align with the brands values. Develop affiliate and ambassador programs to increase organic reach.
Track and analyze influencer performance to ensure ROI on partnerships.
4. Marketing Strategy & Brand Growth
Define and drive the overall marketing roadmap for brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
Plan and execute product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives.
Build a cohesive brand identity across all touchpoints.
5. Offline Events & Brand Activations
Conceptualize and execute pop-ups, stalls, retail activations, and experiential marketing campaigns.
Build strategic partnerships with event organizers, media, and industry players.
Build and expand a strategic offline distribution network by partnering with clinics, salons, and relevant retail stores to stock Oriah Beauty products.
6. Customer Acquisition & Retention Strategy
Develop and implement CRM/email marketing strategies for engagement and retention.
Create and optimize customer journeys, including welcome flows, abandoned cart sequences, and post-purchase engagement.
Leverage loyalty programs, referrals, and community-building initiatives to increase customer lifetime value.
7. Data & Analytics-Driven Decision Making
Analyze key performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, AOV, CLTV) and adjust strategies accordingly.
Use data from Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms to track performance.
Continuously experiment with A/B testing in campaigns, landing pages, and ads.
8. Budgeting & Resource Allocation
Manage and allocate budgets effectively across digital, influencer, and offline marketing.
Identify cost-effective ways to maximize brand awareness and conversions.
Ensure efficient resource utilization while maintaining a high ROI on marketing efforts.
Who Should Apply

5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
Proven experience in Meta Ads, influencer marketing, and social media growth.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and analyse marketing efforts.
A strategic thinker who understands both branding and performance marketing.
