Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to promote VIT’s Higher Education and Vocational Education programs to international audiences.
Coordinate end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels with clear ROI tracking.
Develop extensive network of high quality agent network across the world.
Engage actively with VIT’s network of offshore and onshore education agents, providing training, resources, and market updates.
Represent VIT at education exhibitions, recruitment fairs, webinars, and strategic forums both nationally and internationally.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify student preferences, pricing trends, and emerging markets.
Collaborate with internal teams including admissions, compliance, and academic units to ensure consistency of brand messaging.
Analyse campaign and enquiry data to optimise lead conversion strategies and inform future marketing decisions.
Oversee production of promotional materials, social media content, and email marketing aligned with VIT’s branding guidelines.
Travel inter-state and internationally for extended periods as required by VIT.
Skills and Experience Required
Minimum 3 years of full-time marketing experience, preferably within the international education industry.
Must have good relationships and existing network of high quality education agents globally.
Proven experience, 7 years and extensive knowledge of ESOS Act, National Code and having a well-established with excellent performing existing agent network in Australia and all major source countries for CRICOS students.
A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a closely related field.
Demonstrated success in developing and delivering integrated marketing plans in international education.
Strong understanding of international student recruitment dynamics and compliance considerations.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, particularly across multicultural contexts.
Proficient in digital marketing tools, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and campaign analytics.
Self-starter with proven ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and drive strategic outcomes.
Willingness to travel interstate and internationally for recruitment and brand development activities.
