JD: Chief of Staff to the CEO

This is a role that requires working very closely with the CEO. We are looking for a person with with minimum of three years experience and interest in driving a diverse set of priorities for the CEO across customer acquisition, product, operations and talent management. Having a background in any of these roles with a solid background of delivery is a must.

An excellent business understanding of tech businesses and experinece in an early stage company is a must. Any knowledge of Web3 is a good to have.

We are looking for someone to proactively work with the CEO on the key priorities of the company. You will be someone with solid intrinsics in data backed problem solving, driving execution internally in the company and handling key projects. The role requires empathy and ability to connect with a diverse set of people.

You must be a high energy, entrepreneurially minded individual that has a strong understanding of the tech industry. You are excited about working at the intersection of traditional and crypto payments systems. You should be willing to learn and work across diverse geographies and talent profiles. Web3 is constantly evolving. What you worked on last month may not be what you work on today.

Job responsibilities:
• What you'll do *
• Work with the CEO on key priorities of the company across customer acquisition, operations, product and talent management
• Lay out strategy for the company
• Drive key projects in the company
• Liaison with key executives and employees on project updates, proposals and planning
• Oversee daily operations as per CEO priorities
• Develop & build relationships with employees and executives
• Required Experience *
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in executive roles or project manager roles in consulting firms.
• Experience in the tech industry with a background in early stage businesses. Experience in fintech and Web3 is a positive
• Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
• Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivity
• Solid data analyis snd problem solving skills
• Proven success in a project coordination role
• Nimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutions
