Responsibilities
COS responsibilities
Collaborate with the executive to improve operational efficiency and communication
Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and act as a liaison between the executive and stakeholders.
Research & Reporting: Conduct research, prepare reports, and track progress of tasks.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion.
Documentation: Draft correspondence, organize files, and assist in preparing presentations.
Financial Management: Manage budgets and financial records related to executive’s activities.
Representation: Represent the executive in meetings and events when necessary
Act as Backup for other departments such as Delivery ,HR or Sales
Skills and Requirements:
Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills and fluency in english
Teamwork skills
