Job description
THE MARKETING DEPARTMENT is a CMO led creative marketing consultancy based in Miami Beach that helps brands discover a better way to break through.

We create work that is remarkable, meaningful, and sustainable by focusing on thoughtful storytelling, artful design, and an authentic approach to connecting with culture and community. We are a fast moving, entrepreneurial team that is growing quickly and creating exciting and collaborative work, for high profile companies and breakthrough brands. We are sincere and authentic in our care for one another and our commitment to our clients and partners. We are looking for the next integral member of our team. .

For over 20 years our team built marketing departments for billion dollar brands. It was quite a ride, filled with incredible universe denting successes and some marvelous failures, leading us to three indisputable truths.

1. The traditional approach to building brands and executing marketing doesn't work.

2. Breakthrough brands are not built in traditional environments with corporate bureaucracy and budgets.

3. The value of a company is largely attributable to its brand. Simply put, the swoosh is worth more than the sneaker.

We knew there had to be a better way to transform extraordinary ideas into extraordinary results.

A better way to nurture creativity and innovation.

A better way to empower our people and amplify impact.

A better way to execute smart, sustainable, and scalable strategies.

So we said goodbye to running their marketing departments and started our own. Combining best-In-class talent with flexible engagements and strategies built to help brands breakthrough.

The Marketing Department, a better way to breakthrough.
