Job Description
We're seeking a dynamic individual to drive HR operations and people processes across our India office.
This role involves managing payroll, maintaining HR policies, and ensuring compliance with company and statutory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders. They should have a sound understanding of Indian labour laws and HR compliance.
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing in coordination with finance and external payroll partners.
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Income Tax, etc.) and maintain all related documentation.
• Maintain and regularly update HR policies, ensuring alignment with local regulations and regional frameworks.
This role also involves working closely with the APAC HR team to support regional initiatives and collaborating with internal stakeholders, to strengthen employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
