Key responsibilities include:
• HR Partnership & Collaboration: Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that drive business results.
• Operational Execution: Provide day-to-day HR services and support to employees, including recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration.
• Talent & Organizational Development: Develop and implement programs to improve employee engagement, retention, and performance.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field and 6-8 years of progressive HR experience.
