We are looking for a skilled Process Analyst to support our task-mining–driven analysis using Skan or similar tools.
• Data Interpretation & Insight Generation:
The successful candidate will analyse user activity data from task-mining tools to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Review raw logs, user journeys, and system-captured activities to derive meaningful interpretations.
Validate insights with functional stakeholders and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
Main Responsibilities

• Technical Support (Basic SQL)
• Collaboration and Communication
• Tool Proficiency (Task Mining / Process Intelligence)
The role is focused on interpreting data and generating insights rather than technical engineering.
Experience with Skan or other task/process mining tools is beneficial but not mandatory.
