Overview:
We are hiring a Chief Technology Officer to lead all technology strategy and execution. You guide software development, infrastructure, AI projects, and security. You sit on the senior leadership team and align all technology decisions with business goals. You lead a lean operation in year one, supported by vendors, and you prepare the platform for scale across consumer and enterprise channels. Reson8 is a precision frequency platform built from whole genome sequencing. The system converts gene level data into targeted sound protocols that influence RNA expression linked to repair, stress adaptation, and neuroplasticity. Clinical trial data shows significant modulation in key pathways related to longevity and cellular health. The platform is built for enterprise partners and consumers.
Role :
You lead all technology execution in year one. You work within a lean OpEx budget, supported by vendors. You stabilize the product, build reliability for B2B partners, and prepare the platform for scale.
Core responsibilities:
Guide the technical roadmap for year one.
Strengthen the current codebase.
Improve genome to frequency processing speed.
Oversee app performance, backend stability, and API delivery.
Manage all engineering vendors to stay within budget.
Build the enterprise dashboard for clinics, resorts, and sports teams.
Set up data security, HIPAA readiness, and cloud infrastructure.
Work with product and clinical leads on new gene targets.
Prepare the system for future wearable and hardware integrations.
Requirements:
Experience leading engineering in early stage health or AI startups.
Comfort operating with a small team and external vendors.
Expertise in cloud systems and mobile product development.
Ability to connect genomic workflows with functional audio systems.
Strong communication with founders and cross functional teams.
Year one outcomes:
Deliver a stable app for the B2C launch.
Enable onboarding for enterprise pilots.
Improve processing time and reduce technical bottlenecks.
Stand up analytics for usage and B2B reporting.
Build a scalable architecture for years two and three.
Pay: $165,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
