Proficient in the use of computers, mobile devices, and a wide range of online communication platforms, including social media, instant messaging, web-based chat, and email. Skilled in conducting online research using search engines, databases, WHOIS, and internal data systems, with strong analytical and technical abilities.
Excellent written, oral, and telephone communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and empathetically when handling sensitive or emotionally charged topics.
