Responsibilities:
Provide individualised support and care to children and young people residing in our OOHC homes
Work collaboratively with other professionals to deliver multi-disciplinary care
Develop and maintain relationships with young people, their families and carers
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills
Contribute to the development and implementation of programs and services that promote the well-being of our clients
