CIS - CyberArk

Role DescriptionThis is a contract role for a CyberArk CIS professional with 6 years of experience. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for managing CyberArk security solutions, maintaining privileged access controls, and monitoring security events. This is an on-site role located in Hyderabad.Strong 6+ years hands-on experience in CyberArk operations and support activities, ideally on CyberArk Privilege Cloud.Strong experience in onboarding of privileged accounts in CyberArk.Good knowledge of IAM and PAM processes and controls.Good analytical skill to identify/analyse customer reported issues.Ability to translate work with engineers from multiple disciplines using multiple disparate technologies.Good written and verbal communication skills (English).Strong desire to deliver high quality solutions and continuously improve quality of services.Experience in development on CyberArk, Java, SQL.Any relevant certifications on PAM products.Experience on Centrify PAM, ideally on support services and privilege account onboarding.Knowledge on Active Directory with Kerberos, Azure Active Directory – SAML, OIDC, OAuth, SCIM.QualificationsMinimum of 6 years of experience in CyberArk implementation and administrationStrong knowledge of privileged access management (PAM) concepts and best practicesExperience in managing CyberArk components like Password Vault, Privileged Session Manager (PSM), and Central Policy Manager (CPM)Proficiency in CyberArk troubleshooting and supportGood understanding of networking and security protocolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team and independentlyCertifications in CyberArk, such as Certified Trustee, Certified Defender, or Certified Sentry, are preferredExperience with other privileged access management (PAM) solutions is a plus
