The Opportunity
They currently seek a Civil Supervisor with experience working on projects across the water infrastructure and energy space.
You’ll play a key role in managing the day-to-day activities on site, driving project performance, managing material/ resources and making sure healthy and safety is front and centre of the project team’s mind.

Your Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site operations to ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to spec.
Coordinate crews and subcontractors, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
Run daily pre-starts and toolbox talks to reinforce safety and identify hazards.
Liaise with project managers and engineers on progress, issues, and design changes.
Inspect completed work for quality and compliance with NZ standards.
Manage materials, plant, and deliveries to maintain productivity
Keep accurate site records, including diaries and timesheets
What You’ll Bring
Around 10+ years’ industry experience (Preferably in NZ), working on relevant projects across the three waters and energy infrastructure space
Ability to read and interpret plans/ construction drawings
Ability to lead teams and coordinate subcontractors
Health and safety focused with keen understanding of environmental requirements
NZ work rights without sponsorship
