We invite individuals with a minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience who are looking for continued learning and growth to apply by submitting their current resume and cover letter.
Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
Drafting and preparing correspondence
Court document preparation and filing
Maintaining BF system
Responding to client inquiries
Managing a file load of 100-150 civil files
Working with a legal assistant
The ideal candidate will have the following qualities and skills:
Detail oriented, with superior organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
The ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to work independently as well as within a team
Willingness to take on tasks as needed
Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Acrobat
Experience with iManage, Unity (Esilaw), and Hive (assets)
Salary is competitive within the Fraser Valley ($67,500 - $80,000) and commensurate with your ability and experience. Full benefit package is offered upon successful completion of 3-month probationary period, which includes a health spending account and RRSP matching program.
