Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in representing plaintiffs in class action lawsuits and will have a deep understanding of the litigation process
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Class Action Attorney, preferably representing plaintiffs
Demonstrated experience in litigation, with a strong track record of success
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to advocate effectively for clients
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
A commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards
Proficiency in legal research software and other legal technologies

Responsibilities
