WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Communicate with customers regarding clearance requirements and resolve discrepancies to ensure successful shipment clearance
Work with customers to gather necessary shipment information and documents when existing data is insufficient
Ensure shipment records meet regulatory standards by validating and correcting data elements
Coordinate and facilitate shipment inspections as needed
Maintain timely contact with customers through various communication channels, assisting with both pre- and post-clearance issues
This role consists of approximately 80% document handling and 20% manual handling
This is a permanent full-time position, requiring 38 hours per week from Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
