• Develop and manage client portfolios.
• Hold product demonstrations for customers.
• Successfully execute onboarding processes as per the agreed timelines.
• Mediate between clients and the organization.
• Handle and resolve customer requests and queries.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as sales team, product technical team and various integration teams.
Requirements:
• Highly organized and able to multi-task.
• Self-driven and proactive nature.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn new products and technology.
• Knowledge of customer success processes.
• Experience in document creation.
• Passion for service.
• Knowledge of indirect taxation laws of India will be an added advantage.
