Job Summary
Our wheelchair clientele represents the largest segment of our business. We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Bilingual abilities in English and Arabic are highly valued to serve a diverse customer base effectively. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth navigation and comfort of passengers by assisting them throughout their tours and transfers, operating lifts, ramps, handling wheelchair equipment with care, prioritizing safety, and delivering exceptional customer service with strong communication and compassion for individuals with special needs.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Manage data entry tasks accurately to update customer records and transaction details
Safely and comfortably assist passengers requiring mobility support in transferring to and from the bus using lifts and ramps
Push wheelchair passengers and safely guide them to their position at the bus.
Assist passengers with carry-ons
Utilize analysis skills to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Engage in upselling opportunities to promote additional products or services
Demonstrate excellent body language etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
Collaborate with team members and drivers to improve service processes and customer experience
Maintain a positive attitude while handling challenging situations with tact and professionalism
Perform any additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
Eligible to work in Canada
Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
Ability to communicate clearly with passengers and team members in both Arabic and English.
Effectively communicate with Drivers, colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means.
Eligible to pass a background check
Proven experience in customer service or related roles preferred
Strong data entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Tour and charter business are 24/7, so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
