Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient processes.
Perform administrative duties including scheduling, documentation, and client communications.
Conduct regular client check-ins to assess needs and ensure satisfaction with services.
Interview applicants and support the recruitment and hiring process.
Maintain and manage candidate records and employee files.
Match qualified employees to client care requirements.
Manage staff and client schedules, adjusting as needed to meet operational demands.
Assist with marketing initiatives to promote services and enhance client outreach.
Handle billing and invoicing accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate and confidential records related to clients, candidates, and staff assignments.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
Experience in customer service with a strong focus on client relations.
Previous experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
Experience with recruitment, scheduling, billing, and marketing support.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Demonstrated dedication, accountability, and reliability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, WordPress, and other office tools.
Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
Fluency in English required; additional languages are an asset.
