Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with Portfolio Managers in delivering exceptional client service and account management for our high-net-worth clientele.

The Client Operations Associate will engage in a variety of essential tasks, including:

Private Wealth Trading and Operations
• Facilitate cash withdrawal requests and manage cash deposits.
• Coordinate block trading requests effectively.
• Execute and allocate bond trades with precision.
• Implement tax-loss harvesting strategies as needed.
• Perform reconciliations of client accounts against custodian statements.
• Rebalance new accounts to align with the designated model portfolio.
• Support the account opening and funding process from initiation to successful completion.
• Establish and oversee client data and accounts within firm databases.
• Monitor all ACAT and non-ACAT requests to confirm asset receipt.
• Review all client withdrawals, contributions, transfers, and account modifications.

Asset Management Trading and Operations
• Assess pending and active client accounts across all custodian brokers.
• Open new accounts and manage cash or securities deposits.
• Process Individual Account Requests: Deposits, Withdrawals, Terminations & Liquidations efficiently.
• Ensure all accounts reflect the respective Model Portfolio allocations accurately.
• Organize block trading for our models effectively.
• Communicate with trade desks to guarantee optimal execution.
• Execute tax-loss harvesting requests judiciously.
• Reconcile client accounts to custodian statements and gather custodian documentation.

Job Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related field such as finance or economics, with a strong academic record.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in brokerage, banking, or investment management services.

Proficiency in Word and Excel is mandatory, and familiarity with Advent, Moxy, APL, and other trading software is advantageous.
