Job description
The Role
We are looking for a Client Partnerships Associate to work directly with the Founder in building Contilience’s client growth function from the ground up.
This is not a plug-and-play role.
You will:
• Build and run outreach across , networks, and referrals
• Engage with senior stakeholders (Chiefs of Staff, EAs/PAs, CSOs, Heads of Security)
• Lead conversations that turn into long-term relationships
• Design and refine systems (outreach frameworks, CRM, relationship tracking)
• Execute continuously — testing, learning, improving
This role sits at the intersection of: relationships, judgment, and ownership
What This Role Actually Looks Like
• Most of your time will go into outreach, conversations, and relationship building
• Deal cycles range between 2–4 months
• You will help build the foundation that future teams will inherit
• You will operate mostly remote, with occasional in-person interactions when necessary
Who This Is For
This is for someone who:
• Is naturally drawn to understanding people, not “closing deals”
• Is comfortable around senior leaders — not because of confidence, but curiosity
• Comes from a relationship-first environment (hospitality, luxury, concierge, client servicing, etc.)
• Wants to build something meaningful — not just execute tasks
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience working with high-expectation clients or environments
• Ability to read conversations beyond words — tone, intent, context
• Strong written and spoken communication, without sounding “salesy”
• Comfortable operating without structure — and building it
• High personal standards around reliability, discretion, and follow-through
• Long-term orientation — you think in relationships, not transactions
What Matters Most
• When you make a promise, breaking it bothers you more than it should
• You hear problems and instinctively reach for solutions, not scripts
• You’ve walked away from something that didn’t feel right — even when the reward was good
• You take quiet pride in doing things properly, even when no one is watching
Experience
• 2–4 years in any client-facing role
• Industry does not matter
Compensation
• ₹40,000/month fixed
• Performance-linked commissions:
• 10% on deals you originate and close end-to-end
• 7% on deals you convert from existing relationships
• 5% on renewals
