Xiaomi India is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Client Relations Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As an Entry Level Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and concerns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to clients as needed
- Handle client complaints and issues, escalating to management when necessary
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Driven and confident personality
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and navigate through challenges
- Strong negotiation skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work remotely
