Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships through regular communication
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their satisfaction with their product and address any concerns they may have
• Work with the development team to ensure the timely delivery of issues identified by clients or users
• Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, news, and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients
• Get reviews from clients on multiple platforms like Clutch, Appfutura, Google Reviews
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in business analytics, project management, customer service, account management, or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Knowledge of the IT industry and trends is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and ownership
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or events
