Balance Nutrition is a one of its kind digital health business, we address the market for Obesity and Lifestyle & chronic disorders management like Diabetes, Thyroid, Cholesterol, PCOS, Kidney liver and GI disorders. We have now served over 16000 clients across 68 countries.
We are the only business to have developed a FULL TECH STACK from CRM, Web and Mobile applications to cater to the clients.
The job entails understanding current flow for delivering our programs /services to clients through the APP and our In-house dietitian/mentor CRM.
You will working on studying monitoring the behavior of users on the APP, and resolving issues, working with tech to iron out issues in the process set or features of the App.
Managing the key touch points like client induction, dormancy, feedback, checking use of the features and how the clients interact through the app, seeking out ways to improve the experience which will lead to renewals and referrals.
If you have direct experience in client services in a digital environment or in a BPO kind environment that would be direct fit, alternatively.
If you have worked on a CRM environment in client services or sales or front office operations in any consumer facing businesses this is your chance to migrate to the exponentially growing digital healthcare industry.
We will consider lesser experience or fresher if you a tech savvy person with quick learning ability & understanding of processes
