Location: Reno, Nevada (Western Pathology Consultants)
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 1 hour lunch
Full Time/Benefit Eligible
In this role, you will:
Provide patients and clients exceptional service in person, over the phone, and via email.
Support the laboratory team, management, sales, and pathologists.
Perform data entry of women's health and routine pathology specimens, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Perform medical billing tasks, in conjunction with the laboratory's regional billing team.
Work in a laboratory and office environment.
May help callers understand their billing charges.
Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.
All you need is:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Medical billing experience is preferred
Exceptional communication skills
Top notch typing proficiency (at least 35wpm), including 10-key
Professional communication skills, written and spoken
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
