As a Client Services Specialist, you will be pivotal in delivering exceptional luxury service and understanding the unique needs of each client. This role is perfect for someone with a sophisticated personal style, a polished demeanor, refined taste, and a keen eye for luxury.
Your Responsibilities
• Embody our Vision, Values, and Beliefs daily.
• Greet and assist RH clients with inquiries.
• Connect clients with the appropriate Associates based on their needs.
• Communicate with clients in the Gallery, by email, and over the phone.
• Provide top-tier client service support to Gallery Partners, addressing client concerns efficiently.
• Become knowledgeable about RH products and offerings.
• Create a luxury service experience with every client interaction.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our organization.
Our Requirements
• Preferably, you have experience in customer service within a design firm, luxury retail, or high-end furniture showroom.
• Ability to identify and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• A commitment to quality and attention to detail at all levels.
• You thrive on building relationships and connecting with people.
• Proficient in Mac Operating System, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications.
Our Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 30 lbs. safely.
• Capable of navigating the gallery floor, stock room, and office efficiently.
• Willingness to engage in prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing as needed.
