Job Description
As a Client Servicing / Business Development Specialist at Dancing Dot, an Event Management and Retail Branding Company, your role will involve generating revenue through onboarding new clients and nurturing relationships with existing clients. You will lead the development of event strategies that are in line with the company's brand, goals, and objectives. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to establish the vision and goals for each event. Your responsibilities will also include managing relationships with key clients, partners, sponsors, and other external stakeholders. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will be crucial in building rapport and fostering positive relationships with clients. Regular client meetings and presentations will be conducted by you to showcase our services, address concerns, and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Qualifications Required:
- 4 to 7 years of experience in a similar field
- Minimum Graduate qualification
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure
