Overview of the Job Profile 'Client Services Executive/ Key Accounts Executive' CupShup is looking for Key Account Executive.
You will be responsible for handling the overall requirement, management and meeting expectations for the brands.
Right from managing, servicing, reporting, scaling, retaining, etc.
One of the most dynamic roles within the organization.
Responsibility:
• Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term business relationships Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients Building and managing productively engaged team with focus on providing best experience to the clients.
Daily and Weekly Responsibilities:
• Take inquiries and requests from clients and address their needs Stay on top of accounts, making sure they're receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs Meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business Generate progress reports to give to clients and higher-ups within the organization Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly Plan according to the brief by client Discover new mediums and engagement What's in it for you? • 1+ year of prior experience as Client Servicing Hands on experience in client handling and client relationship building Passionate and self motivated Leadership attitude Good at communication, expression, mail, presentation
