Job Description
Client Success Executive - Influencer Marketing.Client Success Roles & Responsibilities:
-Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients.
-Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service.
-Coordinating with the internal departments like the BD team, Data team, and Operations team, during and post campaigns for quality influencers & their costing.
-Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings.
-Post-campaign deliverables and reports.
-Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
-Upsell and cross-sell influencer marketing to clients on a monthly basis.
-Meet targets set by the company.
-Collect prompt and accurate feedback from clients and take ownership of client issues.
Qualifications
-Min experience working of 2-3 years in Influencer Marketing
-The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
-Excellent English communication skills.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Good personality
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
