Client Success & Publishing Specialist
Get Featured Today is a PR service that has helped over 2,500 clients get published in credible online media outlets. We've made media placements accessible and affordable, disrupting traditional PR pricing. We offer clients additional services through our client portal and partner brands.
The Role
We need someone who can handle client communication AND execute the publishing work. You'll be the primary contact for clients while managing the technical side of getting their articles live on our media properties and partner outlets.
What You'll Do
Communicate with clients through our portal - send drafts, manage revisions, answer questions
Upload and publish approved articles to WordPress sites with proper formatting
Guide clients through the review process and keep projects moving
Maintain quality standards across all content published
Handle multiple client projects simultaneously without dropping balls
Requirements
Must be based in Florida (remote is fine)
Proven WordPress experience
Excellent written English - professional, clear, error-free
Strong attention to detail
Client service experience where you managed expectations
Self-starter who works independently
What We're Looking For Someone who takes ownership, communicates proactively, sweats the details, and actually enjoys helping clients. Some days are smooth, others are hectic - you need to handle both.
Compensation $30,000-$40,000 annually based on experience, fully remote, performance bonuses, growth potential as we scale.
Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
