Job Summary:
This role will be responsible to manage the reporting requirements for Managed Services Delivery – Service Management, Expected to work extensively with functional leaders in Service Management to facilitate reporting requirements, undertake technology feasibility and outline the overall roadmap for Management Information System (MIS). Besides build and manage reporting needs, role requires to generate actionable insights for respective functions with Service Management
Essential Functions of the Job:
• Create Management Information for various governance, run reports from different systems
• Outline MIS roadmap for Service Management
• Review functional and nonfunctional requirements for enabling various dashboards, reports using Microsoft, ServiceNow and allied technologies
• Liaise with other SME’s, Business Process teams, service desk teams to include new reporting requirements
• Provide proper technical guidance through solution enablement phase
• Evangelize re-use through implementation of shared solution standard assets
• Enforce adherence to standards/principles, global product-specific guidelines, usability design standards, etc.
• Be part of client proposals and demonstration as and when needed
• Lead, supervise and mentor MIS team members

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
• Good working knowledge of MS-SQL Scripting, Maintenance and Reporting Services. Hands on experience with the following IT environments: SNOW, PowerBi, SQL, Applications Development, IT Infrastructure, Virtual Server environments, Microsoft Exchange Server, Security, and Telecommunications.
• Proficient in Power BI analytics, development & integration with other tools such as ServiceNow, SharePoint.
• Application of project management and office productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project)
• Excellent platform architecture skills, enabling the creation of dashboards/ reporting structure
• Knowledge and experience in IT methodologies and life cycles that will be used.
• Familiar with infrastructure implementation/management, service/operations management, etc.
• Experience in designing the strategic level report structure and templates
• Experience in automation tools/techniques
• Consulting with business stakeholders to understand their goals / expectations and translate them into wireframes, storyboards and reporting flows
• Experience in liaising with senior leadership to provide periodic reports
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (include negotiation)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – must be able to communicate fluently in English
• Interpersonal communication and organizational skills required to operate as a leading member of global distributed technical teams that deliver quality services.
• Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on service offerings and products provided by IT
Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline
Experience:
• Work experience in a professional services industry, preferred with minimum 12 Years of industry experience.
• Experience in overseeing multiple MIS projects / programs
• Experience in IT Support & Analytics & knowledge and related solution deployment
• Experience in tools like Power BI, ServiceNow Performance Analytics, SharePoint is a MUST
• Knowledge of Data Analytics languages such as Python, R studio is a plus
• Should be able to design high impact performance dashboards and PowerPoint presentations
• Experience in managing team aspirations, responsibilities, and outcomes
