Qualifications and Skills Required:
Customer service experience (required)
Valid Driver's License (desirable)
Previous experience in allied health or medical services (preferred)
Proficiency in PC operations, MS Office, PDF handling, Practice Management tools, and Canva
Attention to detail with a self-driven work ethic
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reception duties - welcoming clients, answering phones, responding to emails, processing payments, scheduling appointments using practice management software and answering enquiries
General administrative duties e.g. scanning, filing, typing letters, mail
Coordinating schedules across multiple practitioners and locations
Assisting the Clinical Operations Manager in daily administrative tasks
Overseeing inventory, clinic operations, and financial transactions
