This is a healthcare compliance and risk-monitoring role.
Role Overview
This role is responsible for reviewing daily support documentation, monitoring participant well-being indicators, identifying risk patterns, and ensuring adherence to Australian disability care regulatory and quality standards.
The role requires clinical understanding, compliance awareness, and strong analytical capability.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Documentation Review
Review support worker case notes on a daily basis
Ensure documentation meets healthcare quality standards
Identify missing, inconsistent, or incomplete records
Detect safeguarding concerns or risk indicators
2. Participant Well-being Monitoring
Identify early signs of:
Health deterioration
Medication non-compliance
Behavioural escalation
Possible neglect indicators
Safeguarding risks
Escalate concerns to the Australian management team
3. Compliance & Quality Monitoring
Review documentation against:
Incident management standards
Medication management standards
Behaviour support documentation requirements
Risk management frameworks
Support audit preparation and internal quality reviews
4. Incident Review Support
Review incident reports for completeness
Flag potentially reportable events
Maintain compliance trackers and documentation logs
5. Communication Monitoring
Review participant-related communications
Identify risk patterns across documentation
Support governance reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in one of the following:
Hospital Administration
Healthcare Management
Nursing (BSc / GNM)
Public Health
Allied Health Sciences
Psychology
Social Work
Health Sciences
Preferred:
Master’s in Healthcare Administration (MHA)
MBA in Healthcare Management
Required Experience
2–5 years experience in:
Hospital quality assurance
Clinical documentation review
Healthcare compliance
Risk management
Accreditation processes
Medical records auditing
Strong written English is mandatory.
