An opportunity exists for a talented and enthusiastic Clinical Nurse, to join the Hospital at Home team in Geraldton.
To Be Successful, You Will Have
Advanced general clinical skills with a high level of competency in the speciality area of wound care, outpatient services and community care.
Ability to coordinate or lead staff.
Highly effective communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team.
A commitment to continuous quality improvement and evidence-based care.
Eligible for / or in possession of a current C or C-A Class drivers licence or other specialised licence class.
Position Profile: Undertake the clinical and daily management of the delivery of quality patient services, through the efficient and effective utilisation of human, physical, material and fiscal resources. Demonstrate and deliver advanced general clinical skills with high level of competency in speciality area of wound care, outpatient services and community care.
