You’ll manage your own caseload with autonomy, backed by a supportive and experienced team that values collaboration and shared learning. Our psychologists work across a variety of ACC and rehabilitation contracts, delivering assessments, recommendations, and interventions that genuinely change lives.

You’ll:
Deliver comprehensive neuropsychological and/or psychological assessments
Provide evidence-based interventions tailored to cognitive, behavioural and emotional recovery
Complete detailed medico-legal and rehabilitation reports for ACC and key stakeholders
Contribute to multidisciplinary case conferences and integrated rehabilitation planning
Work autonomously while being well-supported by senior clinicians and clinical governance structures
Provide supervision, triage referrals, and contribute to service development and quality initiatives
This role may involve clinic-based work as well as community visits (home/workplace), offering variety and real-world impact.
What you'll bring
A recognised postgraduate qualification in Psychology (MA/MSc/PGDip/DClin or equivalent)
Registration with the New Zealand Psychologists Board and a current APC
Membership of a relevant professional body (NZCCP or NZ Psychological Society)
A client-centred, outcomes-focused approach
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Full NZ driver's licence
5+ years of relevant clinical experience
Ideally you will have experience of ACC contracts
Why join us?
