We are currently seeking applicants for a Cloud Application Administrator (Tableau) position to join our Pune office. Qualified candidates will possess the skills detailed below and relevant work experience.
Technical Responsibilities -
• Familiar with the Tableau architecture, Admin Certification Preferred
• Monitor and manage existing Business Intelligence development / production systems
• Tableau Installation and Administration on Windows and Linux platform
• Ability to support and administer multi-tenant Tableau infrastructure including server security troubleshooting and general system maintenance.
• Refine and enhance the technical architecture to keep pace with changing business demands and new Tableau software releases.
• Analyze, troubleshoot and tune product performance or deployment issues.
• Work on different operations like, User management, migrations, create and manage schedules, usage reports across multiple Tableau environments.
• Tableau license procurement and renewals.
• Analyze application logs while troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Perform server maintenance (backups, cleanups, updates, restores, etc.)
• Provide on-call support for Business Intelligence issues
• Continuously improve the platform through tuning, optimization, governance, automation, and troubleshooting.
• Identify improvement areas in Environment hosting and upgrade processes.
• Identify automation opportunities and participate in automation implementations
• Knowledge of capacity planning and system’s scaling needs
Qualifications :
ZS welcomes candidates with degrees in computer science, information technology or a related discipline. A demonstrated record of success and significant programming experience are required.
Additionally, we seek individuals with the following qualifications :
• Bachelor's Degree in CS, IT or EE
• Experience in AWS Administration, Application deployment and configuration management
• General database and data warehousing concepts and best practices
• Working knowledge of different Operating Systems like Windows, Linux, Unix,
• Knowledge of AWS services (EC2,S3,IAM,VPC,Lambda,EMR,CloudFront,Elastic Load Balancer etc.)
• Good knowledge of RDBMS and database technologies like SQL server, PostgreSQL.
• Basic knowledge of web server software like IIS or Apache Tomcat
• Good Knowledge of any scripting language like PowerShell, Python, Bash / Shell scripting
• Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts
• Ability to quickly learn new platforms, languages, tools, and techniques as needed to meet project requirements
• Ability to work independently
