• Cluster Manager - B2B ARU/Senior Cluster Manager - B2B ARU
Job Purpose
“This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.” Campaigns execution & support business or product spocs to drive business numbers from campaigns. Innovate & stream line processes for campaigns to drive business KPIs within TAT
Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
• Duties and Responsibilities - Campaign Designing:
• Own the campaign designing on Unica & Responsys for EMI network customers & Prospect for all ARU businesses & VAS
• Design campaign automation across channels
• Ensure channel customer & dealer governance is followed in all campaigns as & when needed Performance Monitoring:
• Monitor campaign performance for all ARU businesses
• Publish performance of campaigns to internal spocs & external spocs on a regular basis Stakeholder Management:
• Support internal business & product SPOCs for execution of campaign within stipulated timeline & report sharing
• Expectation management of stakeholders
• Liaise with external support executives
• Major Challenges -
• Business escalations caused by technology glitch or difficulties
• Dependency on external vendors & tech teams for reporting data in backend server & application issues
• Expectation management of business spocs (internal & external)
• Key Decisions / Dimensions -
• Escalation Management
• Prioritization based on business requirement & KPIs
• Reporting on time
• Minimum glitch or defaults in campaigns designed
• Execution within TAT
Required Qualifications And Experience
• a) Qualifications Post Graduation – MBA or Graduate - IT b) Work Experience Total Experience: 1 – 6 years Relevant Experience: 3 – 4 years
• Should have excellent understanding and prior experience in SQL, UNICA, other campaign management tools.
• Prior experience in the Financial Services / Credit card Industry will be an added advantage.
• Should have proven track record in Campaign management.
• Should have excellent communication & technical (SQL& Tableau) skills along with strong presentation skills.
• High motivational levels and being a self-starter are essentials.
• Manage communication status reporting; define standard delivery reports, and create new ad hoc reports using available tools (e.g. SQL, Tableau).
• Design, develop and execute complex rules using SQL and Tableau
